Your average lady would confess to constantly feeling torn between her deep love and commitment to her children and her passion for her work.  Personally, I know of only a handful ladies who once having children CHOOSE to give up their career for motherhood. Majority of us, seem to struggle as we wade through the guilt of never finding the so widely spoken - balance.

2020 Weekly Meal Plan.png

For the past five years now, my family and I have lived a lifestyle that follows a strict daily, weekly and monthly plan. Listen! No jokes, without a clear plan, the wheels WILL fall off. I know so because I've seen it happen in my own life.

It goes without saying that the more members you add to your family the more complex life becomes. Remembering who needs to be dropped off then picked up where at what time, and who is doing groceries and cooking...Lord take the wheel!

Because I'm an all round wonderful person, I've left you templates of some of our family planners.

I suggest printing an A3 size, laminate it and then use a whiteboard pen instead of permanent marker.

Over the years I have grown a strong & committed love for food and cooking in general.

I've always had a knack for cooking and will seize any opportunity to feed my family & friends. But how many of you know that sometimes there are only so many ways you can cook a chicken! Girl!!!! Add to that stress fussy eaters (Ndalo I'm looking at you with my side eye..).

As always to help you sis, I've added and will continue to add new recipes as I find interesting and new ways to cook that chicken.

Enjoy and let me know what you think.

From the time our kids were iddy biddy we have had flexible but consistent routines in place.

This has helped my kids feel in control as routine gives each of them a sense of predictability.

In the coming weeks, I will add resources that have been very helpful for me and my kids.

Coming soon
