Roasts

Sundays were made for a roast! You’re entitled to disagree with me but friend, I refuse to be convinced otherwise. These days though, any day is a good day for a roast. So here is my tried and tested recipe for a chicken roast. I encourage you to use meat that’s free range if that option is available to you.
